1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Tiny Reality! By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

If you are a parent or guardian allowing your child to use Tiny Reality, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your child and are responsible for your child's use of the App.

2. Description of Service

Tiny Reality is a mobile application designed for children and families that allows users to scan their hand-drawn artwork and transform it into digital creature images using artificial intelligence technology. The App is intended for entertainment and creative purposes.

3. Eligibility and Parental Consent

Tiny Reality is designed for children. If you are under 13 years of age, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• Supervising their child's use of the App
• Ensuring the App is appropriate for their child
• Reviewing and agreeing to these Terms on behalf of their child
• Monitoring any content created or saved using the App

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Drawings and Artwork

When you submit drawings to be transformed by our App, you retain ownership of your original artwork. However, by using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your drawings solely for the purpose of providing the transformation service.

4.2 Generated Content

The AI-generated creature images created from your drawings are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may save and share these images with friends and family. You may not:

• Sell or commercially distribute generated images
• Claim the AI technology or generated output as your own creation for commercial purposes
• Use generated content for inappropriate or harmful purposes

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Submit inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Violate the rights of others using the App

5. Intellectual Property

The Tiny Reality App, including its design, features, graphics, logo, and underlying technology, is owned by Tiny Reality and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Tiny Reality may offer in-app purchases or subscription services. All purchases are subject to the following:

• Purchases are processed through the app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) from which you downloaded the App
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Parents are responsible for any purchases made by their children
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled before the renewal date through your app store account settings

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results of AI transformations will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

We strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for children, but we make no warranties regarding the suitability of generated content for all audiences.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiny Reality and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tiny Reality and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

10. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the App or via the email address associated with your account (if applicable).

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tiny Reality regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
